Outdoor Concerts: Guitarra Azul & R-Gang
Guitarra Azul is…World Class Musicianship… Spirited Dance… Irresistible Rhythm…Unforgettable Melodies… A Sensual, Smoldering Performance of inspired Music and Dance…A Danceable, Interactive, Joyous Celebration of Life!
R-Gang is considered one of the best R&B dance bands in the Chicago area. Specializing in R&B, funk & soul from the Motown era into the 21st Century, R-Gang is comprised of the most highly respected members of Chicagoland’s musical community, with backgrounds as diverse as the band members.
One of the two bands will start to play at 10:00 am and play for about an hour. Then the other band will play for about the same amount of time. This will continue until 4:00 pm.
All concerts are outdoors and feature lawn seating. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, and picnics are welcome. Various food trucks will be onsite. These concerts take place on stage in the parade field and are free with paid parking ( $10)
