View a triple combination that hasn't been witnessed in a century: a super moon (full moon that looks as much as 30 percent brighter and 14 percent larger than usual because it's so close to earth); a blue moon (second full moon during the month); and a total lunar eclipse atop the scenic overlook at Greene Valley Forest Preserve. The Naperville Astronomical Association (NAA) will be on site to provide information about this unique moon phase and viewing opportunity. Please note the scenic overlook will not be opened if weather conditions will not be favorable for viewing the eclipse. The decision will be made by the NAA by 2 p.m. on Jan. 30 and posted on the Forest Preserve District's Facebook page. All ages. Free. Registration not required. Questions? Call 630-933-7248.
