Discussion on Media Bias and How it Affects Consumers of News
League members, guests and members of the public are invited to Cantigny Park for a presentation by John Gable, CEO of AllSides and Partner, Living Room Conversations. He will discuss media bias, polarization and how it affects us as consumers of news. He is a founder of AllSides, a web-based application which helps people identify their media bias. Living Room Conversations is an organization designed to increase understanding, reveal common ground and discuss possible solutions around controversial issues. Parking and program are free. Registration is required.
