Launched in 2007, the Great Green Wall is a daring vision to reclaim degraded land across the width of Africa in the Sahel – one of the world’s poorest regions. The film is a musical journey showcasing a groundbreaking movement to unite the millions who live along its path facing drought, famine, conflict and migration. Once complete, the Great Green Wall will be the largest living structure on the planet, three times the size of the Great Barrier Reef. See Trailer
