Except of Artist Statement: First I started to work on my photographs, having them come to life by making rocks and roots “grow” out of my photos, using homemade paper mache clay.
A few years later, I entirely built pictures on canvas with paper mache clay, inspired by my photos. Now my art has “jumped off the canvas”, away from my photography, and has opened many more doors to lots of new art I want to explore.
