Anjani, a young migrant has a new, yet unusual job with the New Delhi government – monkey repeller. His work enables government workers to work undisturbed. Anjani is ill-suited for his new job as he is terrified of monkeys and can’t effectively make the three sounds used to scare away the sneaky pests – Eeb, Allay, Ooo. College of DuPage will hosts an annual Global Flicks series featuring six award-winning films. The films will be shown at 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 2 to March 9.
All screenings take place in the Playhouse Theatre of the McAninch Arts Center on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd., unless otherwise noted. Moderated discussions will follow each showing
Due to continued protocols brought about by COVID-19, masks will be required for anyone over the age of 2 as well as proof of vaccination or a negative test.
