Memorial Day Concert - Monday May 30!

The Steve Cooper Orchestra has been performing in the Chicago area for over 20 years. They are one of the most popular ballroom bands in the Midwest, have performed on The Oprah Winfrey Show, and have played private parties for Mary Tyler Moore, Phil Donahue, Liza Minelli, Carol Channing, Steve Allen, the cast of NBC’s “Frasier” and others.

Steve and the band perform the actual musical arrangements of Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Woody Herman, Count Basie, Sammy Kaye, Dick Jurgens, Eddie Howard, Chuck Foster, Jan Garber, Hal Kemp, Red Nichols & The 5 Pennies, Bob Crosby and many others. The band also plays rock & roll tunes (in ballroom style) and songs from current Broadway shows and popular movies.

This concert is outdoors and features lawn seating. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets, and picnics are welcome. Concessions are available from Mamie’s Toffee & Treats, Golden Eagle Hotdogs, and Aunt Tina’s Sound Bites. Standard concert etiquette applies. Please be respectful of your neighbors so that everyone can enjoy the show. No smoking in the seating area. No pets. No alcohol.
